One road to true happiness...

Well, this is a preview for the big project I'm doing with AxJfan and CluelessANDProud.

Anyway, the quote to go with this one is:

“So many different decisions you could have made, choices that would have freed you and your friends from the hold fate has on them. And yet, despite everything that could have happened, despite the fact that if you had chosen to do one thing—anything—differently, you would not be bound by the sorrow I am, here you are. It has been agony to watch you make the same decisions as you did before, to put everyone else before yourself, to watch as you destroyed your road to happiness...”

More pictures were appearing in the light. I heard laughter, nice, warm laughter, somewhere to my right. The sound came from a rose garden in late spring, crimson petals floating in the wind as a beautiful woman in an elegant dress, face blurred, ran to meet me and kiss me powerfully, the ring on her finger sparkling in the sunlight.

Then the image was swept away, disintegrating into specks of dust, before I could even let out a gasp.

“But fate has always been cruel to the Singers,” it continued, lifting its head upwards. “You are on this road because of who you are Yusei, and fate knows you well enough to give you the decisions that forced you here.”
